My DS #2 and his girlfriend are coming to our house for Thanksgiving. This will be the first Thanksgiving I will have both sons and their women here for dinner! I'm excited. I need to start thinking about a menu that is not too overwhelming, but is a little nontraditional.Tell me about your Thanksgiving Dinners. Do you serve any non-traditional food at your dinner?

We have both traditional and non at our thanksgiving. Company arrives around 1 pm. At that time we have an antipasta and bread at 6the table for "noshing". Then around 2 or so we have stuffed shells or manacotti. (can you guess we are italian?) :-) Then at dinner, usually served between 6 and 7 is the big turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, cranberry sauce, etc. After that, is desert hour. Yes, it's a long, fun and food filled day. I don't imagine how anyone drives home! :-)
